General rule for moving: if you have @GetSpectrum, expect at least an extra 36 hours without internet even if you called well ahead of time to set up your service.

Finally an update in the app. Service will supposedly be restored by 11pm... we'll see. @Ask_Spectrum You should post updates on Twitter for these big service outages... just a suggestion from a current customer. Communication is everything.

@InfamusElGuapo @Ask_Spectrum Just checked mine. Spectrum is making fun of us the customers. On the app there are two different hours for service restauration: 11:00 pm and 1:00 am. Which one is it?
