@Ask_Spectrum So ur Peps came by 2 fix the problem but instead of fixing anything they sat around & waisted at least an hr of time Lollygagging, talking on the phone, & eating but they didnt bother 2 fix a GD thing! So I still have no service Unbelievable! I am Pissed! AT&T!!!

@Ask_Spectrum your service is horrible. Internet goes out multiple times a day. Called today, was told a rep would call me in an hour to an hour and a half to try and schedule service...nada... zip...zilch. I pay for a service that is horrible and unworthy of my money.

Amazing how little @GetSpectrum cares about their customers. Charging $70 for horrible internet by itself is egregious. At least take me to dinner before you try to screw me.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Just spent an entire hour on the phone to be told that I can’t get the @accnetwork because I am still under a Time Warner plan. That bs. I don’t pay Time Warner; I pay @GetSpectrum Probably not for much longer tho! Very poor service. VERY POOR.

I roll over in bed and my WiFi signal strength drop from Great to Good. It's annoying. My @Ask_Spectrum internet seems to be getting progressively slower. Can't even stream music to a Google Home without an insane amount of buffering.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum must be the worst internet service provider in the Country. 6 weeks, 20 plus calls to the call center, 3 technician visits with the same recommendation, cancelled work orders for new line without explanation or anyone taking ownership of the problem.

Almost 12hrs and still nothing. Their ph and social media support can't tell me why, where or what is going on, so I don't know how wide the outage is. Fingers crossed I have Internet in time for my morning meetings. This happens way too often. Thanks for nothing @Ask_Spectrum.

@JuliainRaleigh @Ask_Spectrum They probably put something out on the TV, not realizing your TV is tied in to the existing internet/cable connection. They say they have to have a certain percentage of calls from an area before they declare an outage. Once in Cary, I had to ask my neighbors to call so % was met

@InfamusElGuapo @Ask_Spectrum Just checked mine. Spectrum is making fun of us the customers. On the app there are two different hours for service restauration: 11:00 pm and 1:00 am. Which one is it?
