Update post Hurricane Helene: We came home from Raleigh after 5 days and still had no power but it did finally come on after 10 days. We have water too. Spectrum internet is still down so I’m only able to get online if I go out b4 our curfew. I’m ok though. I miss you all! 🥹❤️

Wow. @Ask_Spectrum internet is down AGAIN. It was down for a few days after Helene, which is understandable. I got it back for about 36 hours, then it went down for another 4-5 days before it came back. It’s been back for 2 days and now it’s down again. Make it make sense.

Anyone’s spectrum mobile service not working?

Going on six hours worth of a spectrum outage. Thankfully we have antenna back up. Sort of wishing we couldn’t have sent that $187 check to them the other day. Something tells me I definitely won’t be working today. 🤦‍♀️

Why is Spectrum down right now?? 😭😭😭

So far we have a driving rain and probably around 30-40 mph wind gusts. Spectrum internet went down about 30 minutes ago. 1000 homes in my town without power so far. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 We have had a couple power surges but it’s still in so far.

I’ve confirmed with the customer seevice that this is 9th time, 9TH TIME IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS the spectrum is having an outage. Can you PLEASE use better equipments for the internet servers???? @Ask_Spectrum

How spectrum corporate has handled customers in the past 2 weeks is a case study in how to lose customers. It's not the fact that the outage has been widespread and has lasted longer than power outages. It's the complete lack of communication about anything.

Spectrum internet is literal 🗑️. This is the *nineth* time in the past 8 days (I got alerts while we were away), including 2x today, that my service is in an outage. T-rash. So glad there’s a monopoly in my area and I can’t go with another provider. @Ask_Spectrum do better.

Ok @Ask_Spectrum no power 10 days bc of helene, I ask about a credit for those 10 days.. I get told there's an outage in my area.. I tell them I have service and isn't affecting me. Get told would put in ticket and after outage is fixed I might see a credit, nothing to do with me

Spectrum sent out a service outage alert at 8:39am, stating service would be back by 12pm.

Idk about anyone else.. but @GetSpectrum closing all lines of communication for customers simply because there’s a widespread outage feels Class-action-lawsuit level. They won’t even respond to local news networks. Internet is a necessary utility in 2024. Be better.
